Autoresponder
With so many follow-up autoresponders on the market these days, which one of them is the most suitable for your business?
This site was created in the attempt to compare and benchmark various different autoresponders available on the Internet, helping you choose the right one.
Why do you need a follow-up autoresponder?
Your customers forget you! If you do not follow up with them, they will never come back, meaning you lose business! Studies show that it often takes five or six contacts with the prospective customer before they finally decide to purchase your product or service.
Sequential, follow-up autoresponders will do it all for you automatically, even while you sleep. All you need is to simply load up your messages into your autoresponder account once, and the system will do the rest. It will completely automate the follow-up process, contacting your prospective customers and leads at preset time intervals (i.e. a new message gets sent to your customer every 2 days, reminding them of your products/services).
In other words, employing follow-up autoresponders to do the tedious email tasks for you not only gives you more time to build your business, but it also increases your conversion ratios, sign-ups, sales, as your customers will stop forgetting you!
What to look for in the best autoresponders available?
There are many important issues for you to be mindful of when choosing an autoresponder service. Here are only a few:
- unlimited accounts - the service of your choice needs to let you set up as many campaigns as you wish, so that you get full control over your email marketing.
- reliability - sales letters and ads all sound great, but what happens if the autoresponder you choose turns out to be unreliable, slow and crashing all the time, losing your precious database and wasting your time and time? Believe me, you do not want to risk this, just because the service costs a few bucks less.
- deliverability - make sure that the autoresponder you choose can actually deliver the messages to your customers; a lot of the services are managed poorly which makes them end up in Internet "blackholes"", blocked by major ISPs and email service providers, such as AOL, Yahoo, HotMail, etc.
- toll-free customer service - this is a must especially if you are starting out. Make sure that the autoresponder company offers phone support, so that you can call them and have someone guide you 'by hand'.
- top technology features - make sure that the autoresponder you choose is up to speed in terms of functionality and that the company is constantly improving its product and adding new stuff to it.
